campus & company is the state-of-the-art link connecting students and companies. While it provides ambitioned students with contacts to their future employers early on, it gives companies the early opportunity to find the most appropriate high potentials for their future business.
Deliberately, campus & company goes one step beyond traditional application: already during the studies, students and companies are supposed to make contacts and even collaborate. This enables both sides to either set the course for a successful co-operation, or realise in time and without losing time and money that they do not fit together as hoped at the beginning of the contact.
However, to avoid the latter where possible, campus & company has developed an extensive test procedure, including outside appraisal, networking, and mentoring. But most importantly, it offers studiSCORE, the specifically conceived tool optimal for filtering the relevant capabilities and fit.
For students, studiSCORE is the ideal possibility to verify the own skills – of course, not only the functional and technical ones. Indeed, it checks a wide field of capabilities, but also soft skills. What is some kind of “real” assessment centre training for students, helps them finding the right company, but also obtaining hints and tips for identifying especially the own non-academic strengths – and weaknesses to be addressed.
The studiSCORE ranges on a scale from 0 - 10. To provide an orientation, the start page always displays the average value of all participating students.

Once a company shows interest in your profile, it is up to you: if you are interested, you can 'unhide' your name.

The specifically developed and quite elaborate studiSCORE test would usually cost approx. € 120. campus & company gives the possibility to offer this test for free.
Students must click on 'Register' and can already create their first profile by entering only four data.
1. My Profile – here, you will provide your personal data, which includes some general information – upon receipt of your access data, please fill in the general online questionnaire as soon as possible. You will decide, which information will be visible for the companies or your university.
2. Online Test – after verifying your application, we will activate your access to the online test. Now, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities. Our test for identifying your individual studiSCORES consists of six steps, which you can work on bit by bit. Some tests do not have a time limit, others do. This test will ask you general things from your education and establish different hard skills, but also many of the ever more important soft skills. After each of the six studiSCORE test phases, you will be given a sub-score for each test and you can compare yourself with other participants. After you have gone through all of the six test steps, an overall score is calculated, leading you to the selection process. The individual areas will last differently long: some about 10 minutes, others approx. 45 minutes. At the end, you will have a detailed picture of your skills, optimally preparing you to find the right company. And, of course, the test is real fun – we enjoyed testing it!
3. Selection Process – after having determined your studiSCORE, you will be short-listed for our partner companies and ready for being invited to further tests. Now, we will give you the opportunity to convince us and interested companies even more of your talents.
Students who want to tackle their career early on and pave the way for their professional career already during the studies; and, of course, all companies who want to find the right people for their business together with campus & company – earlier than others and in a simple and cost-efficient way.
All information you share, including your test results, will remain anonymous as long as you want it. You might make some data visible for companies, but still remain anonymous.
This means that companies can view your profile data and test results or parts of it, if you want to, but this data will be assigned to your pseudonym only.
You are the one to decide when and whether you want to share your data with which company. Hence, either you will find a company whose attention you would like to attract, or a company finds you with your pseudonym and sends you a request. In this case, it is up to you to unhide your profile.
Of course, you are free to delete your data at any given moment.
The pool of our partner companies is for us among the key tasks, as we want to be able to offer you a wide range of interesting companies. We constantly work on enhancing this pool of potential employers and try to keep it as heterogeneous as possible, i.e. with companies from the most disparate industries, in various sizes and with different objectives. Every student should find an adequate company.
Companies can then use the most different search criteria important for their employees to filter out the candidates with the right fit. It important, at this point, that your data is as complete as possible and that you answer the test questions as realistic as possible to make sure that companies and candidates with the right fit come together.
